The Role
We’re looking for a Finance & Operations Associate to keep our internal engine running smoothly. This role blends finance operations, vendor management, and internal process support. You’ll be central in making sure invoices go out on time, suppliers are managed, and reporting is accurate.
What You’ll Do
- Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor account setup across multiple systems
- Coordinate with suppliers, imports/exports, and customs documentation
- Track and report revenue, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support the accounting team with reconciliations, reports, and filings
- Maintain internal timesheets and process compliance
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in finance, operations, or accounting support roles
- Comfort with invoicing platforms, accounting tools, and spreadsheets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders (suppliers, customers, internal teams)
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in technology, or professional services companies
- Exposure to customs, compliance, or international supplier management
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting tools
