The position:
We are actively seeking a highly motivated Electrical Designer join our talented team. This is an on-site position working out of our Grande Prairie office.
What will you be doing?

Collect client and project information and prepare electrical designs in accordance with best practice design and relevant codes and
-
Use AutoCAD to prepare 2D drawing
-
Use Revit to prepare 3D Building Information (BIM) models and export to 2D drawing
-
Coordinate electrical design with Architecture, Structural, Mechanical, Civil and other project consultants under the direction of the project
-
Visit project site to collect required
-
Visit Construction site to complete construction
-
Performs other duties as assigned by project
What you bring?
-
A diploma in electrical design with a minimum of 2-5 years experience
-
Experience designing multi-family residential buildings
-
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Onedrive, etc.)
-
Fluent in English
-
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
-
Being a natural self starter with the ability to prioritize, self-schedule, meet tight deadlines, and work with colleagues from various departments, market sectors, and locations
