Field Service Specialist – ESP Are you passionate about working in the oil and gas industry and delivering high-quality field services? Partnering with the Best As a Field Service Specialist – ESP, you will support field operations by applying your technical knowledge and mechanical aptitude to ensure effective equipment performance. You will work closely with teams and customers to deliver reliable service and maintain operational excellence. Fueling Your Passion As a Field Service Specialist – ESP, you will contribute to field service activities by supporting installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth field operations while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. As a Field Service Specialist – ESP, you will be responsible for: Supporting field service operations within the oil and gas industry. Applying general industry knowledge to assist in installation, maintenance, and service activities. Utilizing strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues. Collaborating effectively with team members and customers to ensure successful service delivery. Communicating clearly with stakeholders to support operational requirements. To be successful in this role, you will: Have a two-year Technical Degree (preferred) Have relevant industry experience and product line training Have a general understanding of the oil and gas industry Have strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills Have the ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively Work in a Way That Works for You This role operates in a field environment with flexibility based on operational and customer requirements. Work Schedule - This position follows a rotational work schedule of 15 consecutive working days followed by 6 days off, with 12-hour shifts that may include both day and night rotations.
