Position Overview We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic property management team, serving our northern campuses. As a valued member of our service-oriented crew, you will play a key role in maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment, ensuring they remain safe, functional, and welcoming for everyone.

About The Role In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including general maintenance, emergency and preventative repairs, landscaping, yard upkeep, and snow removal. The successful candidate will be skilled in safely operating motorized equipment, construction tools, and machinery. You should also be comfortable working in various environments, including climbing ladders, navigating confined spaces, and lifting or carrying objects.

To Be Considered For This Position, Candidates Should Possess

  • A working knowledge of building and grounds maintenance and operations
  • Physical capability to perform a range of manual activities
  • A valid Class 5 driver's license with a good driving record
  • WHMIS certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

You should be ready to work in a dynamic work environment with varying workloads and deadlines, and be known for your approachability, teamwork, and flexibility when interacting with clients and colleagues.

Additional Requirements

  • The incumbent is responsible for completing all mandatory training requirements for the position as per agency policy and guidelines.
  • Employees must hold a class five (5) novice two (2) or higher drivers license and be eligible for coverage under our commercial auto insurance policy.

Ranch Ehrlo, a non-profit organization, was founded by the late Dr. Geoff Pawson in 1966. It started as a single home for six boys with significant complex needs and grew to a multi-service agency delivering a wide range of accredited mental health and developmental services delivered in southern Saskatchewan and in and around Saskatoon and Prince Albert.
