Title: Technical Program Manager (Ad Tech) – AI/Data Focus

Job Description :Overview :Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional delivery of complex AdTech and data-driven initiatives. This role is execution-focused, responsible for program governance, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination across engineering, ad sales, ad operations, data, and analytics teams .In addition to core TPM responsibilities, the role requires strong business analysis capabilities to support requirement definition, solution design, and delivery of AI-enabled and data-driven use cases (e.g., forecasting, pricing optimization, audience targeting). The TPM will act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and deliver measurable value .Key Responsibilities :Lead planning and delivery of multi-team AdTech and data-driven program sManage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and cross-team dependencie sOwn program governance, milestones, and executive status reportin gCoordinate delivery across internal engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external vendor sPartner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize business and functional requirement sTranslate business needs into structured requirements, including data inputs, outputs, and success metric sFacilitate workshops and alignment sessions between business, product, and technical team sSupport delivery of AI/ML-enabled AdTech use cases (e.g., forecasting, optimization, targeting )Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with business expectation sEnsure proper validation and interpretability of data and model output sDrive Jira-based execution and Confluence documentatio nCoordinate testing activities, including UAT, ensuring solutions meet business requirement sSupport release management and ensure adherence to SDLC and governance processes (including compliance where applicable )Monitor program and solution performance, identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for continuous improvemen tSupport end-user adoption through clear documentation, training, and stakeholder engagemen
