Senior Liaison Engineer
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Liaison Engineer to support production, completion, and delivery operations in a manufacturing and assembly environment. The role involves working closely with production and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of structural non-conformances and maintain aircraft design integrity.
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and dispositioning repairs for structural issues in sub-assembly, final assembly, and pre-flight areas. The role requires rapid engineering judgment to develop structural repairs based on equivalent strength and stiffness while operating in a fast-paced production-driven environment.
The engineer will interpret engineering drawings and specifications and provide technical guidance to production and methods teams. The role also involves adherence to Material Review Board (MRB) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
In addition, the candidate will collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines including Systems, Stress, Materials & Processes, Propulsion, Logistics, Methods, and Quality teams to support production and business objectives. The role also includes participation in initiatives aimed at improving productivity, reducing waste, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of MRB or airframe structural design experience, strong knowledge of aircraft structures, and hands-on experience with CATIA V4/V5 or AutoCAD. The candidate must be comfortable working in a high-pressure production environment and be flexible to support multiple shifts if required.

Bachelor s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering (or related field) Minimum 3+ years of MRB or airframe design experience Strong knowledge of aircraft structural systems Experience working in production/manufacturing environment Hands-on experience with CATIA V4/V5 or AutoCAD Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production timelines
