About the role

What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional service to members in person, over the phone, and through digital channels.
  • Support members with day-to-day banking transactions and offer personalized financial guidance.
  • Promote and educate members on Prospera’s products, services, and digital tools.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships and refer to internal specialists as needed.
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.

What You Bring

  • A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in your community.
  • Previous experience in customer service or financial services is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
