We’re looking for an energetic, motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow with a successful, award-winning agency.
###What You’ll Do
- Engage with warm leads from existing clients, inbound calls, and online inquiries
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored insurance and financial solutions
- Handle policy updates, billing questions, claims support, and general inquiries with care
- Build lasting client relationships through value-based conversations and exceptional service
- Collaborate with the team to meet individual and agency marketing goals
- Attend networking events and conduct light outbound follow-up with cold and x-date leads
###What You Bring
- Sales experience (inside/outside, retail, or customer service) preferred
- Proven success in meeting sales goals or quotas
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and active listening
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
- Licensed (or willing to become licensed) in Property & Casualty (OTL) and Life Insurance (LLQP)
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-focused

###What’s in It for You?
Compensation & Earning Potential
- $60,000 - $80,000, includes base salary during training plus Commission + monthly team bonus + annual bonus -Uncapped earning potential – $65,000+ achievable with moderate performance
