Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist
About the role
Responsibilities
Design, build, and support backend integrations for Zip (I2C) and related procurement workflows. Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions between Zip and internal enterprise systems. Partner with technical, procurement, and cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions. Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks, and recommend improvements through automation and systems integration. Support end-to-end procurement and intake workflows, ensuring backend systems align with business requirements. Translate functional and operational requirements into technical designs and implementation plans. Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor system performance, and ensure reliability of data flows across platforms. Contribute to documentation, testing, deployment, and handoff of solutions to internal teams.
Qualifications
Must have Experience with Zip Intake-to-Procure (I2C) implementations or integrations. Strong experience in backend engineering and enterprise systems integration. Proven experience building and supporting integrations for procurement, intake, or workflow platforms such as Zip, Coupa, SAP, Ariba, or similar enterprise tools. Experience working with APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and system-to-system integrations. Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P), intake, approval, and procurement workflows. Ability to work across technical and business teams to define requirements and implement practical solutions. Experience integrating with finance, ERP, procurement, warehouse, or planning systems is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze existing processes and recommend streamlined technical solutions. Experience with data mapping, transformation, validation, and synchronization across systems.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar systems. Experience supporting procurement, approval, vendor, purchasing, or invoice-related workflows. Background in cloud-based integration patterns and modern backend architecture.
