About the role

What You'll Do The Associate Manager, Acquisition plays a critical role in driving new customer growth for Mark’s by developing and executing upper and middle funnel media strategies. This role is responsible for building awareness, generating qualified traffic, and refining audiences to support conversion. Working closely with Brand, Social, CTDI, and Touche, the Associate Manager ensures that media plans are data-informed, platform-integrated, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of audience segmentation, media performance, and customer behavior, as well as the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that fuel the top and middle of the marketing funnel.

In This Role, You'll

  • Develop and execute upper funnel media plans in collaboration with Brand and Social teams.
  • Design mid-funnel media strategies to nurture and refine audiences for lower funnel conversion.
  • Partner with Touche and CTDI to ensure platform integration and data connectivity.
  • Use customer insights and analytics to define and optimize audience targeting.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration of acquisition, conversion & retention campaigns are present and consistent across all channels.
  • Oversee financial forecasting across the funnel in collaboration with Manager and other growth marketing team members.
  • Manage large scale promotional event planning in collaboration with other team members across print, radio and digital media.
  • Monitor campaign performance and funnel progression, providing actionable insights.
  • Support creative development to ensure alignment with audience needs and platform best practices.
  • Investigate and identify new or unleveraged digital marketing opportunities.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or customer acquisition.
  • Experience with upper and mid-funnel campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with media platforms and audience segmentation tools.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel and Looker Studio.
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
