ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
This role reports to the Provost & Vice-President, Academic.
SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the Provost & Vice-President, Academic, the Consultant, Academic Plan Implementation will be responsible for reviewing KPU’s 2027 Academic Plan (the Plan), mapping the University’s current state in relation to the Plan, and making recommendations for action to the Provost and other University Executives as required in order to drive the University toward achieving the Plan’s specified goals and objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review KPU’s 2027 Academic Plan (the Plan) and produce a report of KPU’s current state in relation to the Plan
- Identify notable and innovative actionable strategies for implementing the Plan’s goals and key activities, appropriate for the KPU context
- Consult with the KPU community including students, staff, faculty members and community members, as and when required
- Other duties relating to the development and/or communication of strategies as identified
QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated experience interacting with KPU’s academic and operational frameworks

Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, under own initiative

Demonstrated ability to independently organize work to achieve predetermined goals and meet deadlines

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Salary Information
Anticipated hourly pay rate: $65
