As the Meter Services Administrator, you will support Meter Services by processing and managing work related to metering assets, customer-driven projects, and site information and crew work progress. You will provide analytical support, coordinate project activities with internal and external partners, and serve as a key point of contact between ENMAX Power and customers.
Major Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance and education to Electrical Retailers, customers, builders, contractors, and/or electricians on required processes, addressing, scheduling, booking appointments, construction standards, compliance with Enmax Standards and Regulations, and compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code Part 1.

Prepare and maintain detailed reports including advanced spreadsheets and database applications to facilitate Demolition Permits, scheduling, booking appointments, customer complaint/escalation tracking, asset management, workforce management, and billing accuracy.

Analyze technical data and problem solve using knowledge of departmental policies and procedures to facilitate Demolition Permits, addressing, scheduling, appointments, customer complaint/escalation tracking, asset management, workforce management, and billing accuracy.

Train and educate fellow employees across ENMAX on required processes, asset management, workforce management, work order transactions and billing accuracy, scheduling, booking appointments, construction standards, compliance with Enmax Standards and Regulations, and compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code Part 1.

Schedule and coordinate small projects and manage the work of others including Enmax work crews (PLT, PSE, Meter Tech) and contractor work crews.

Develop and refine policies, procedures, systems and software.

Coach/train others on policies, procedures, systems and software.

Work under minimal supervision.

Apply department safety policies to deal with safety issues prior to site visits.
Education Required:
-
High School Diploma (or G.E.D.)

Some relevant post-secondary
Qualifications & Experience:
-
6 years of related experience, including a minimum of:
-
2 years of customer service experience
-
Experience with records management and quality control
-
1 year of experience with IBM Maximo
-
1 year of related experience working in the electrical utility field
-
Experience with an electrical utility metering department (preferred)
-
Ability to manage a high volume of Teams messages and phone calls daily (up to 80% of the workday)

Advanced Computer skills
