Compensation range: $90,000-$110,000 Base + Annual Bonus ($20,000-$25,000 Target) + Car Allowance + Gas Card + Maintenance Package + Benefits + 5% RRSP Match
About The Opportunity
CKF is a leading North American manufacturer of sustainable food packaging solutions, serving food processors, manufacturers, distributors, and foodservice customers across Canada and the United States.
As a result of an internal vacancy, we are seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales growth across Ontario. This is a highly autonomous role responsible for managing an established customer base while identifying new business opportunities throughout the province.
Reporting to the Director of Field Sales, you will be the sole Ontario-based sales representative, working closely with national distributors, packaging partners, and food manufacturing customers to grow CKF's branded portfolio of foam and PET packaging solutions
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management
Manage and grow an established Ontario sales territory Develop strategic account plans to increase revenue and market share Build strong relationships with distributors, end-users, and key decision makers Travel throughout Ontario to support customers and identify new opportunities
Business Development
Prospect and develop new packaging opportunities within food manufacturing and distribution Expand existing product penetration and introduce new packaging innovations Identify opportunities for cross-selling and portfolio expansion Maintain an active sales pipeline and deliver against growth objectives
Customer & Distributor Management
Develop relationships with packaging distributors and manufacturing customers Conduct joint sales calls and product presentations Deliver technical product recommendations and packaging solutions Support customers through new product launches and ongoing business reviews
Collaboration
Partner with Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Product Development to deliver exceptional customer support Provide market intelligence and competitive insights Participate in annual sales meetings and ongoing training initiatives
Ideal Candidate Experience
3-10+ years of B2B sales experience Experience selling through distribution or to manufacturing customers Proven success managing a geographic territory Strong relationship-building and business development skills
What We're Looking For
Hunter mentality with strong account management skills Experience managing distributor relationships Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely Strong organizational and territory planning abilities Existing relationships within Ontario's manufacturing and packaging sectors are considered a significant asset
Travel
Remote, field-based role Travel throughout Ontario Overnight travel less than 20% Annual sales meeting in Halifax
