COMMIS AUX COMPTES PAYABLES

MAIN FUNCTIONS

Relevant du Contrôleur, le commis aux comptes payables devra principalement effectuer les tâches reliées à la saisie et codification de factures et à l’émission et suivi des paiements. Notamment :

  • Codifier, classer et entrer les factures dans le système Unix;

  • Codifier les recharges inter compagnies dans le système Unix;

  • Vérifier et concilier les factures, les bons de réception et les bons de commande afin de s'assurer que les quantités, la description et les prix soient conformes et approuvés;

  • Vérifier et concilier les états de comptes des fournisseurs;

  • Vérifier les comptes de dépenses;

  • Émettre et envoyer les chèques et virements électroniques;

  • Communiquer avec les fournisseurs pour obtenir des renseignements supplémentaires;

  • Enregistrer dans les différents rapports d’évaluation de coût (transport, entretien, etc.);

  • Préparer et transmettre les applications de crédit;

  • Effectuer le suivi des articles et items à recevoir avec les secteurs aux opérations;

  • Assurer l’accueil des visiteurs et la prise des appels lors des pauses et des vacances de la réceptionniste, en rotation avec les autres membres de l’équipe;

  • Toutes autres tâches connexes.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Required

  • Titulaire d’un diplôme professionnel ou collégial en comptabilité
  • Bonnes aptitudes informatiques (Excel et Word)
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite en français et anglais fonctionnel

An asset

  • Posséder deux (2) ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
