Marmon Industrial Water is currently seeking a results oriented Marketing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the knowledge, skills, and experience to assist in implementing and driving marketing strategies in support of the organization’s strategic vision.

Responsibilities The list below highlights the essential job responsibilities but is not exhaustive.

  • Support Marketing Director with strategic marketing activities and business planning processes for industrial equipment businesses.
  • Champion market research projects in collaboration with external agencies as appropriate.
  • Conduct work on voice of customer, strategic pricing, strategic marketing plan and other Marmon initiatives to support strategic goals of the organization.
  • Partner closely with internal marketing team and sales teams to drive targeted marketing campaigns, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and product promotion.
  • Organize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, trade shows, and traditional media, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Support the optimization of content for SEO to improve online visibility and drive traffic.
  • Create content that resonates with our target audience's needs and pain points, including clear and compelling calls-to-action to drive desired actions.
  • Conduct A/B testing with varied content formats, CTAs, and targeting options to identify which methods yield the highest conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and optimize landing pages that align with social media campaigns.
  • Closely monitor the performance of social media campaigns and use analytics to measure lead generation metrics.
  • Develop sales enablement tools, including sales presentations, collateral, white papers, and customer success stories.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices for social media marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • MBA an asset.
  • 5+ years experience in B2B Marketing, or related roles.
  • Working knowledge of Wordpress, GA4, Google search console, Canva and an eagerness to learn more.
  • Nice to have: Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, planning and organizing abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at the same time.
