Accountabilities: Lead the full lifecycle of vendor management, including selection, onboarding, integration, and offboarding processes. Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess supplier quality, compliance, and contractual adherence. Analyze vendor performance data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement optimization initiatives. Serve as the primary escalation point for vendor-related issues, disputes, and performance concerns. Strengthen supplier relationships through regular reviews, governance routines, and continuous improvement initiatives. Enhance vendor management frameworks, tools, and processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor strategy with business needs and operational priorities. Requirements: Proven experience in vendor management, supplier performance evaluation, or procurement-related roles. Strong background in data analysis, cost optimization, and process improvement initiatives. Ability to manage complex supplier relationships and lead negotiations effectively. Solid understanding of contract management, compliance standards, and service level agreements (SLAs). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional environment. Experience in identifying and implementing automation tools or process enhancements is an asset. Bilingual proficiency (French/English) is considered an advantage in a Canadian context.
