This position offers standby travel with many major airlines as an option with your days off, after completion of the mandatory probation period.

Job Summary
The Crew Chief is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are accomplished in accordance with the policies, procedures, and instructions contained with the MCM, MPM, MOP and Transport Canada requirements.
Minimum Skills and Qualifications
- Hold a valid AME license with AT LEAST ONE of the following ACA’s: Beech 1900D and/or Dash 8 100/300 (required), PC 12/45
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to communicate in Oji-Cree or Ojibway is an asset.
- Experience with and/or knowledge of First Nations Organizations is an asset.
Working Conditions

Overtime as required.

Hazards associated with trade.

May be exposed to loud noise, dust, fumes, and oils.

Indoor and outdoor work is required.

May be required to work in confined spaces.

Travel is required.

Nightshift/weekend work required.

Safety equipment will be required and provided (PPE)*

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift or move up to 75lbs.
- Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computers and peripherals.
