The Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant management of materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods. This role supports production, logistics, and supply chain operations by monitoring stock levels, coordinating material movement, and maintaining traceability in compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards. The Inventory Coordinator also contributes to process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in material management practices.

About You At our company, we are looking for exceptional individuals who can meet the following criteria:

  • Maintain composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment
  • Coordinate across teams to resolve inventory and material flow issues
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements
  • Work additional hours as required by business needs
  • Handle frequent interruptions while maintaining focus on priorities

Education & Requirements

  • Education: Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a related role
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of related experience in inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain

Knowledge

  • Inventory control procedures, cycle counting, and stock rotation methods
  • Shipping, receiving, and warehousing practices
  • ERP/MRP systems for inventory tracking and reporting
  • Regulatory and customer requirements for material handling and traceability
  • Continuous improvement and lean inventory principles

Skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
