As the Manager, Technology & Innovation, you will lead the strategic direction and daily operations of CREB®’s information technology services. In this role, you’ll guide a skilled IT Services team, ensuring our systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with organizational and member needs. You will oversee key technology systems, while helping shape the long-term roadmap that supports a modern and efficient member experience.
Some key responsibilities are:
- Oversee day to day IT operations including system monitoring, application support, desktop services, and network administration.
- Ensure the availability, security, and optimal performance of member serving applications.
- Lead technology planning, project delivery, system enhancements, and adherence to change management processes.
- Maintain data integrity across all CREB® systems and oversee SQL database administration.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, procurement activities, and software licensing.

Qualifications required:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related discipline)
- 7+ years’ experience in technology management
- 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role
- Experience with project management, system stewardship, and IT service delivery
- Real estate or professional/trade association experience is an asset
