What you’ll be doing:
Data Operations:
- Coordinate with the support team and internal stakeholders to maintain and improve performance and user experience of the Information Delivery Data platform
- Review and augment requests, ensuring high quality and sufficient turnaround times
- Report and analyze data to provide insights in support of the operation of the data platform
Business Analysis:
- Collaborating with various departments to identify and document business needs.
- Analyzing and breaking down complex business processes.
- Facilitating meetings to understand and collect user requirements.
- Collaborating with technical staff to ensure that the solutions meet business needs.
Product Delivery:
- Testing and troubleshooting to ensure the functionality and efficiency of the solutions.
- Collaborating with technical staff to ensure that the solutions meet business needs.
- Designing, building, and implementing data products using Databricks and/or PowerBI
- Working with innovative technologies such as advanced data modeling, generative AI, and more

What you must have:

Pursuing a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

Effective communication skills, and are able to convey technical information in a way that is accessible to diverse audiences.
