What you’ll be doing:

Data Operations:

• Coordinate with the support team and internal stakeholders to maintain and improve performance and user experience of the Information Delivery Data platform
• Review and augment requests, ensuring high quality and sufficient turnaround times
• Report and analyze data to provide insights in support of the operation of the data platform

Business Analysis:

• Collaborating with various departments to identify and document business needs.
• Analyzing and breaking down complex business processes.
• Facilitating meetings to understand and collect user requirements.
• Collaborating with technical staff to ensure that the solutions meet business needs.

Product Delivery:

• Testing and troubleshooting to ensure the functionality and efficiency of the solutions.
• Collaborating with technical staff to ensure that the solutions meet business needs.
• Designing, building, and implementing data products using Databricks and/or PowerBI
• Working with innovative technologies such as advanced data modeling, generative AI, and more

What you must have:

• Pursuing a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
