About the role
You're great with people.
You know how to calm a nervous client, explain something clearly, and keep things moving when the pressure is on.
You’re organized. You’re fast. You follow through.
But you’re also the person who notices when something could work better.
The intake form that asks the same question twice.
The email template that could save five minutes on every file.
The system that could automate half the updates clients call about.
You don’t just answer questions, you improve the experience.
That’s exactly what this role is about.
At our firm, Client Care isn’t a call center. It’s the front line of the client experience , supported by strong systems, modern technology, and a team that values efficiency and clarity.
What You'll Actually Do
You’ll join our Client Care team, the group responsible for guiding clients through one of the biggest transactions of their lives: buying or selling a home.
Every day you'll communicate with buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders to ensure files move forward smoothly and clients feel supported throughout the process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client inquiries by phone, email, and messaging
- Explaining next steps in real estate transactions clearly and confidently
- Coordinating information between clients, realtors, lenders, and internal teams
- Managing client updates and communication through our systems
- Tracking file progress and ensuring no step is missed
- Maintaining accurate data across multiple platforms
- Using technology to keep communication efficient and organized
Each interaction may only take a few minutes, but the impact is significant. Clients remember the person who helped them feel confident during a stressful moment.
That person is you.
And once you master the role, we want you to help improve how the work gets done.
You’ll help refine templates, improve workflows, suggest automations, and contribute ideas that make the client experience faster, smoother, and better.
Because great service isn’t just about responding quickly.
It’s about building systems that make great service repeatable.

- You genuinely enjoy helping people and creating a positive experience.
- You communicate clearly and professionally, whether you're speaking to a nervous first-time buyer or an experienced realtor.
- You're highly organized and comfortable managing many conversations and tasks at once.
- You’re comfortable with technology and pick up new systems quickly.
- You notice inefficiencies and instinctively think about how something could work better.
- You stay calm under pressure and can prioritize when things get busy.
- You take ownership. If something needs to get done, you make sure it happens.
This Role Is Not For You If
- You prefer working independently with minimal interaction. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role.
- You struggle with high-volume communication or fast-paced environments.
- You’re uncomfortable using multiple technology platforms throughout the day.
- You prefer a rigid job description instead of improving processes as you go.
