CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS :

• L’Inspecteur Qualité assistera le Responsable Qualité dans le suivi de l’application des normes et processus établis afin d’éliminer les erreurs de production et le gaspillage de matériaux au sein du département QC.
• Veuillez noter que vous devez être éligible à travailler au Canada sans le soutien de Lumenwerx.

HORAIRE :

• Lundi au vendredi (8h00 à 16h30).
• Temps suplémentaires pendant la semaine.
• Temps supplémentaire le dimanche (2 dimanche par mois)

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS :

• Rédiger les rapports d’audit interne, soumettre les non-conformités au Responsable Qualité et assurer le suivi des actions correctives ;
• S’assurer que les employés disposent des instructions de travail adéquates ;
• Vérifier que les employés possèdent les compétences nécessaires à la production ;
• Maintenir un environnement de travail harmonieux et collaborer avec les autres départements.

COMPÉTENCES ET CONNAISSANCES REQUISES :

• Faire preuve d’initiative et d’une attitude proactive ;
• Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement diversifié et dynamique ;
• Sens des priorités et attention aux détails ;
• Aptitude à résoudre les problèmes de manière créative ;
• Expérience avec Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) ;
• Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais écrit et oral (obligatoire) ;
• Expérience avec SolidWorks et/ou PowerBI (atout) ;
• Capacité à lire et comprendre des plans mécaniques (atout) ;
• Capacité à utiliser un pied à coulisse (atout) ;
• Capacité à mesurer en pouces et en centimètres (atout).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• The Quality Inspector will assist the Quality Manager to monitor the application of standards and quality processes established to eliminate production mistake and material wastes in the QC department.
• Please be advised that you are required to be eligible to work in Canada without the help of Lumenwerx.

SCHEDULE :

• Monday to Friday (8am to 4h30pm).
• Overtime during the week
• Overtime on Sunday (2 Sundays per month)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Write the internal audit report, submit non-conformities to the QC Manager and follow up on corrective actions;
• Ensure all employees have the proper work instructions;
• Ensure all the employees have the skills for the production;
• Helps maintain a harmonious work environment in his department and collaborates with others.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

• Demonstrate initiative and have a “can do” attitude;
• Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment;
• Strong sense of prioritising and attention to detail;
• Able to creatively solve problems;
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.);
• Strong written and spoken English (mandatory);
• Experience with SolidWorks or/and PowerBI(Asset);
• Capable to read & understand mechanical drawings (Asset) ;
• Capable to use a Caliper (Asset) ;
• Capable to measure in inches and in cm (Asset).
