About the role
This role focuses on designing and executing a comprehensive 90-day LinkedIn launch strategy for a new leadership book aimed at executives. The successful candidate will collaborate directly with the author to build visibility, credibility, and engagement around the book’s release. The position requires a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of LinkedIn content marketing, excellent writing skills, and the ability to repurpose book material into compelling posts and articles. The contract is part-time, remote, and spans 8–12 weeks, offering flexibility and the opportunity to shape a high-impact campaign for a thought leadership publication.
Deliverables
- Develop and implement a tailored 90-day LinkedIn launch plan for the book
- Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, carousels, and articles in a CEO-level voice
- Repurpose book content into engaging social media formats
- Manage posting cadence and content calendar
- Coordinate outreach to influencers, communities, and relevant networks
- Support efforts to drive reviews, preorders, and overall launch visibility
- Provide weekly progress updates and adjust strategy as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn campaigns for executives, authors, or thought leaders
- Strong copywriting and content repurposing skills, especially for B2B audiences
- Demonstrated success in book launches or B2B content strategy
- Ability to write in a professional, candid, and authoritative tone
- Familiarity with influencer outreach and community engagement on LinkedIn
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours and regular check-ins
- Availability for an 8–12 week contract, part-time
