Job Description:

Team Lead, Sales Enablement

Location: North America (Remote/Hybrid)
Reports to: VP, Sales & Marketing

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Team Lead, Sales Enablement to equip our revenue team with the tools, content, and insights required to win more deals, faster.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product — ensuring that our positioning is sharp, our messaging is consistent, and our sales team is fully enabled to compete and convert.

You will own enablement strategy, brand consistency, and go-to-market support functions including creative, events, social, and competitive intelligence — all tied to improving win rates, deal velocity, and average contract value.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement

  • Own the enablement strategy across the full sales cycle (prospecting close expansion)
  • Develop and maintain high-impact sales assets (pitch decks, battlecards, ROI tools, case studies)
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify gaps in performance and deploy targeted enablement initiatives
  • Support onboarding and continuous training for AEs, BDRs, and partners

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all customer-facing touchpoints
  • Translate product and market strategy into clear, differentiated messaging
  • Act as a gatekeeper for brand quality across sales and marketing materials

Creative & Content Production

  • Lead development of high-quality visual and written assets that support campaigns and sales efforts
  • Manage internal or external creative resources to deliver on brand and on time
  • Ensure all content is built with a clear objective tied to pipeline or revenue

Event Coordination

  • Own strategy and execution for industry events, trade shows, and customer-facing experiences
  • Align event strategy with pipeline goals (pre-event targeting, onsite engagement, post-event follow-up)
  • Measure event ROI based on sourced and influenced pipeline, not just attendance

Social Media

  • Own social strategy focused on brand authority, demand generation, and sales support
  • Amplify company, product, and customer stories across key channels (LinkedIn primarily)
  • Enable sales team to leverage social for prospecting and credibility building

Competitive Intelligence

  • Build and maintain a structured competitive intelligence program
  • Deliver actionable insights to sales (battlecards, objection handling, positioning guidance)
  • Monitor market trends, competitor moves, and pricing/packaging changes

Required Experience

  • 3+ years in sales enablement, product marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing roles
  • Proven experience supporting sales teams with measurable impact on revenue metrics
  • Strong content and messaging skills with an eye for clarity and differentiation
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, and product
  • Ability to translate complex products into simple, compelling narratives

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in construction, ERP, or vertical SaaS markets
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.)
  • Experience supporting field events and trade shows in B2B environments
  • Experience using tools such as HubSpot, Highspot, Seismic, or similar enablement platforms

Leadership & Traits

  • Highly organized operator who can manage multiple workstreams without losing focus
  • Strong communicator who can influence both sales and marketing stakeholders
  • Pragmatic and results-oriented — prioritizes what drives revenue
  • Detail-oriented with high standards for quality and consistency
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
