WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Client Success Manager , you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients — guiding them toward their business goals through tailored digital marketing strategies. You’ll manage relationships, analyze performance data, and collaborate with our internal teams to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to understand their goals and challenges.
- Review and interpret campaign data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Identify upsell opportunities that genuinely help clients achieve more growth.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to continuously optimize client performance.
- Take initiative to troubleshoot issues independently and find creative solutions.
WHO YOU ARE
- Problem Solver: You’re proactive, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out without micromanagement.

Qualifications
- 3+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Digital Marketing (fitness industry experience is a plus).
- Solid understanding of Facebook, Google, Instagram, or TikTok Ads .
- Experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, or marketing automation is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Full-time, Remote position
- On-target earnings: CAD $56,880 – $77,600 per year
- Performance-based commission and retention bonuses
- Paid time off , flexible schedule , and work-from-home flexibility
