Senior Front-End, Web Applications

As we expand our team, we are seeking an experienced .NET Web API Developer with deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem. As a React Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining user-facing features of our web applications, ensuring high performance and scalability, and helping evolve our front-end architecture. You will collaborate closely with product owners, UX designers, and back-end developers to translate business requirements into stable, elegant, and maintainable solutions.
What will you be doing?
- Translate complex business requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality, production-ready components.
- Build scalable, reusable front-end libraries and shared components.
- Implement strong client-side state management using modern patterns (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.).
- Contribute to front-end architecture decisions, including routing, state management, API integration, and building pipelines.
- Optimize application performance, bundle size, rendering speed, and responsiveness.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and WCAG compliance where needed.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code; participate in code reviews, maintain coding standards, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues; ensure reliability, accessibility, and maintainability.
What are we looking for?

Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or related field

Expert-level proficiency in React.js, including hooks, component patterns, performance optimization, and ecosystem tools.

Strong expertise in TypeScript, including generics, interfaces, advanced typing, and scalable typing strategies.

Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern styling frameworks (CSS Modules, Tailwind, Styled Components, etc.).

Strong knowledge of front-end architecture, modular design, and clean code principles.
-
Comfortable with RESTful APIs, async programming, and integrating with backend services.

Proficiency in version control (Git) and modern DevOps workflows.
-
5+ years of professional experience building modern front-end applications.

Experience with state management tools/architectures (e.g., Redux, Context API, or similar).

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience, or relevant practical experience/projects.

Experience with front-end testing frameworks (e.g. playwright, Jest, or similar).

Familiarity with modern front-end build tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).

Familiarity with micro-frontends, monorepos, or modular multi-package architectures.

Experience using CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Knowledge of performance profiling and front-end observability tools.
