About the Role

We are seeking a Creative & Occasions Operations Associate to join our client's Ad Operations Merchandising team. This specialized pod focuses on delivering impactful in-app marketing experiences by overseeing the production and execution of creative assets. The role involves managing banner translation workflows, leading template creation, and supporting campaigns for top restaurant and retail partners. You will also play a key role in transitioning to Ads Manager, contributing to creative standards and providing tooling feedback.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead French/English creative translation workflows for banners and cross-surface assets.

* Build and manage campaign templates for seasonal and evergreen programs.

* Support the execution and coordination of CRM, homepage merchandising, and occasion-based marketing initiatives.

* Contribute to the transition to Ads Manager, including providing tooling feedback, training support, and documentation updates.

* Assist with the maintenance of the Ad Ops team wiki, ensuring processes and reference materials are current.

* Own creative QA and governance, ensuring asset accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

* Optimize creative workflows to enhance execution speed, quality, and scalability.

About You

* Fluent in French and English, with experience in multilingual content or localization workflows.

* 2+ years of experience in creative operations, marketing production, or project coordination in fast-paced environments.

* Comfortable working in Figma or other creative platforms, collaborating with designers on asset reviews.

* Highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple workstreams.

* Excellent communicator with a strong ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborative settings.

* Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

* Energized by fast-paced teams and excited to help scale effective creative systems.

* Flexible in adjusting your schedule for meetings with stakeholders in different time zones, especially in Melbourne & Sydney, Australia.
