The Role

The Chief of Staff will work very closely every day with the CEO to amplify their impact.  The Chief of Staff will help the CEO as a trusted advisor in the three key areas of revenue growth, talent growth and internal operations.

The Chief of Staff will:

  • Be a trusted advisor to the CEO to continue to grow the business in both revenue and talent.
  • Work with managers to implement quarterly targets for their staff.
  • Lead new initiatives and participate in in-person events and conferences

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or a fast-growing startup.
  • Proven experience supporting or working alongside executives in a strategic or operational capacity.
  • Effective in public speaking and business development.
  • Track record of managing cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion
  • Prior experience in financial services, data, or technology sectors
  • Experience scaling a startup or leading OKR / planning processes
  • Familiarity with AI, data infrastructure, or capital markets products
