The company utilizes AI enabled tools to organize candidate responses. These tools may be used in the screening or assessment of applicants.

  • Level 3 Support (Prairies): Provide technical leadership, approve/advise on techniques, troubleshoot issues, and support crews on call-outs.

  • Turnaround Supervision (as required): Plan/oversee RT activities during TAs, coordinate crews, ensure safety/quality, and sign off work.

  • Field Audits: Conduct regular in-field audits with technicians to verify compliance with procedures, codes, radiation-safety protocols, and client specs; coach and correct as needed.

  • Client Audits: Participate in or perform client/site audits; document findings, close actions, and maintain quality records.

  • Training, Mentoring & SNTs: Mentor Level 1/2 techs; deliver workshops/toolbox talks; assist with examinations and SNT activities where applicable; roll out new technologies/procedures.

  • Field Work: Perform hands-on RT when required (set-ups, exposures, calculations/shooting plans, CR/DR image interpretation); prepare reports; maintain/calibrate equipment.

  • Safety & Compliance: Champion CNSC/TDG Class 7 and site radiation-protection requirements; ensure dosimetry, leak tests, survey meters, and documentation are in order.

  • CGSB Radiography Level 3 (current/certified)

  • Industrial Gamma Radiography experience (minimum 2+ years; extensive hands-on RT set-ups, exposures, and interpretation)

  • Strong knowledge of CNSC regulations and radiation protection (dosimetry, leak tests, survey meters, storage/transport) and TDG Class 7 compliance

  • Proficiency with CR/DR image interpretation, technique development, and troubleshooting

  • Experience supervising crews/turnarounds, conducting field audits, and participating in client audits with clear documentation and close-out actions

  • Training/Mentoring Level 1/2 technicians; support for SNT/exams and rollout of procedures/tech

  • Good mechanical aptitude; experience servicing industrial radiography exposure device systems

  • Solid computer skills (Word, Excel) and organized reporting/recordkeeping

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in client-facing settings

  • Exceptional safety and quality awareness; proven problem-solving and time management
