We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Fragrance Lead to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury fragrance, exceptional client engagement & service skills, commitment to excellence and the ability to develop, educate and inspire team members.
Drive Sales & Category Performance + Client Engagement
- Drive sales and achieve fragrance category performance targets through effective client engagement and relationship building. Responsible for achieving Sales & KPI’s associated with luxe fragrance and overall fragrance category growth.
- In partnership with store leadership, monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with store leadership to implement sales strategies and promotional activities to maximize revenue and client retention.
- Provide expert knowledge and education on luxury fragrance brands and products.
- Create and foster a welcoming and luxurious environment that reflects the high standards of our luxury fragrance brand(s).
Recruitment, Education & Development
- Assist Store Leadership in recruiting, training, and developing a team of Ultra Luxe Fragrance Experts.
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in client service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to Ultra Luxe Fragrance Experts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Secondarily, provide on-going coaching & development to all Beauty Advisor’s in support of overall Fragrance category growth.
- Oversee in partnership with store leadership, the on-going development and performance management of Ultra Luxe Fragrance Experts.
- Responsible for representing and upholding appearance/uniform standards with Ultra Luxe Fragrance Experts.
Operational Standards - Fragrance

Ensure the luxe fragrance and fragrance area is impeccably maintained, with products well-stocked and displays visually appealing.

Manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed and conducting regular stock checks.

Oversee the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines to enhance client experience.
Event Support:
- Occasionally support other store launches and special events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client experiences.
- Collaborate with the Store Director and Store Leadership Team, DM, RD, along with FSC Partners (CATBO + Store Events) to plan and execute in-store events and promotions.
Brand Representation:
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the luxury fragrance brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activities.
