Why this Role Matters
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will play a pivotal role in shaping our next chapter—owning the entire commercial engine and embedding AI at its core. This role goes beyond revenue: it’s about transforming how we acquire, retain, and grow customers across the globe. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CRO will lead with vision, precision, and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Revenue Growth. Own the entire revenue cycle across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and E-commerce for two global brands—Roadpost and ZOLEO.
- Embed AI Strategy. Integrate AI into the DNA of our commercial strategy—driving sharper targeting, more efficient acquisition, and personalized customer engagement.
- Scale High-Performing Teams. Build a scalable, metrics-driven organization that balances near-term performance with long-term expansion, while leading, inspiring, and growing global teams fluent in data, technology, and customer-first execution.
- Drive Strategic Alignment. Partner across Product, Operations, Talent, and Finance to align revenue strategy with company-wide transformation. Work with Talent to build employer branding that attracts and grows the team we need to succeed in this next chapter.
- Protect What Matters. Ensure our mission remains at the core: helping people stay safe and connected, anywhere.
What You Bring
- Proven Commercial Leadership. 10+ years of senior revenue ownership across Sales and Marketing, with a record of scaling e-commerce, subscription services, and multi-channel distribution. You don’t need to bring an existing CRO title—we care about your energy, eagerness, and know how to get the job done.
- Enterprise Growth Expertise. Ability to lead complex enterprise B2B multi-channel sales cycles, partnerships, and develop global distribution models.
- AI-Driven Innovation. The know-how, approach, and eagerness for applying AI or advanced analytics to drive growth and efficiency. It’s early-ish in the AI-game. Show us you are on-board with this evolution.
- Change Catalyst. A track record of leading and driving organizational change and instilling a data-driven, customer-first culture, coupled with exceptional communication and coaching skills that inspire confidence through transformative change.
