• Ce poste est prévu pour 40 heures de travail par semaine, du lundi au vendredi, entre 9 h 00 (HNP) et 18 h 00 (HNP).

Responsabilités
Surveillance de l’infrastructure et des systèmes
- Gérer et surveiller le tableau de bord de l’infrastructure technologique de Haply afin d’assurer la performance et la disponibilité des systèmes.
- Superviser la gestion des licences logicielles, le suivi de leur utilisation et la planification des renouvellements à l’échelle de l’entreprise.
- Maintenir la visibilité et la structure de Bitwarden, JumpCloud et des autres systèmes de gestion essentiels.
- Déployer et maintenir les installations matérielles et logicielles des ordinateurs pour les nouveaux employés et ceux déjà en poste.
Intégration et déploiement des logiciels
- Poursuivre l’intégration et le déploiement des outils internes basés sur Odoo ainsi que des modules tiers.
- Soutenir et maintenir les intégrations pour UPS, GitLab, QuickBooks et les logiciels de test internes.
- Mettre en place des tableaux de bord Odoo pour la fabrication, les finances (prévisions des comptes clients/fournisseurs) et la planification de fin de trimestre.
- Créer des tableaux de bord logiciels pour appuyer les indicateurs de performance (KPI) de l’équipe de fabrication et répondre à ses besoins de suivi en direct.
Gestion des bases de données et des opérations DevOps
- Gérer les bases de données internes liées aux sites web, à Google Drive, aux dépôts, à Odoo et à d’autres plateformes.
- Soutenir le déploiement et l’optimisation de l’infrastructure backend.
- Contribuer à la gouvernance des données, au contrôle d’accès des utilisateurs et à la sécurité des bases de données sur l’ensemble des plateformes.
Collaboration d’équipe et conformité
- Diriger des revues régulières avec l’équipe IA afin de garantir l’application des meilleures pratiques, l’hygiène des données et la cohérence des systèmes.
- Agir comme point de contact principal pour les approbations des autorisations logicielles et les voies d’accès aux contrôleurs.
- Soutenir les sous-traitants de SRM et d’Axiom en veillant à un processus d’intégration fluide et à un accès adéquat aux systèmes.
- Maintenir la conformité aux normes ISO 27001, SOC2 et RGPD.

Exigences essentielles

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage Haply’s tech infrastructure, integrations, and compliance requirements. This role will require a balance of hands-on technical execution and cross-team collaboration to ensure our systems are secure, optimized, and aligned with company goals.
• This position will be scheduled for 40 working hours, Monday to Friday, between the operating hours of 9:00 AM (PST) to 6:00 PM (PST).
• This position can be based out of any province in Canada. Please note that travel may be required within Canada and the USA.

Responsibilities
Infrastructure & System Monitoring
- Manage and monitor Haply’s tech infrastructure dashboard to ensure system performance and availability.
- Oversee software licensing, usage tracking, and renewal planning across the company.
- Maintain visibility and structure for Bitwarden, JumpCloud, and other key system controllers.
- Deploy and maintain computer hardware and software setups for new and existing employees.
Software Integration & Deployment
- Continue integration and rollout of Odoo-based internal tools and third-party modules.
- Support and maintain integrations for UPS, GitLab, QuickBooks, and internal testing software.
- Implement Odoo dashboards for manufacturing, finance (AR/AP forecasts), and planning.
- Build software-based dashboards to support Manufacturing KPIs and live tracking.
Database & DevOps Management
- Manage internal databases linked to websites, Google Drive, repositories, Odoo, and other platforms.
- Support backend infrastructure deployment and optimization.
- Contribute to data governance, access control, and database security across platforms.
Team Collaboration & Compliance
- Lead AI team reviews to ensure best practices, data hygiene, and system consistency.
- Act as the point person for software permission approvals and controller access.
- Support SRM and Axiom contractors with onboarding and system access.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2, and GDPR standards.
Immediate Priorities
- QuickBooks deployment and integration.
- Axiom contractor setup and oversight.
