Accountabilities:
· Act as a strategic HR partner to engineering leadership, driving talent strategies that align with organizational goals.
· Develop and implement workforce planning, organizational design, and culture initiatives that support business objectives.
· Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform leadership decisions and improve team performance.
· Deliver executive coaching and guidance to senior leaders, fostering strong relationships and influence.
· Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment of functional talent strategies with broader programs.
· Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
· Support a high-performance engineering environment by promoting best practices, values, and ways-of-working.
Requirements
· 10+ years of HRBP experience, including at least 4 years partnering with engineering or product management teams.
· Deep understanding of engineering organizational structures, roles, operating models, and trends.
· Proven ability to design and deliver scalable, high-ROI people programs that drive business impact.
· Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data and insights to influence decision-making.
· Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
· Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and adapting to evolving priorities.
· Experience with organizational effectiveness consulting or HCM strategy is a plus.
