**Position Summary ** We’re seeking a Sign Installer to join our team full-time. In this role, you’ll help fabricate, assemble, and install a variety of sign types — including post-and-panel, pylon, and building signage — while ensuring projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
This position is based out of our Okotoks shop (15 minutes SE of Calgary) and involves primarily outdoor work year-round. You’ll start your day at the shop each morning and travel with your team to job sites.
**Key Responsibilities ** Read and interpret work orders and layout drawings. Prepare and install exterior and interior signage, graphics, and vinyl. Safely operate power tools, lifts, and equipment. Assist with material pickups, deliveries, and site clean-up. Maintain a safe, organized, and respectful work environment. Communicate clearly with team members and clients as required.
Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in a construction trade (e.g., carpentry, framing, or related). Valid Class 5 driver’s licence (air brake preferred but not required). Ability to safely lift and handle heavy materials with team assistance. Basic tool set and understanding of safe tool operation. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Willingness to work outdoors and occasionally work overtime when needed.
Preferred Assets (Not Required) Fall Arrest, Aerial Lift, WHMIS, CSTS, or First Aid certifications. Experience installing vinyl graphics or working in signage/fabrication. Mechanical or electrical aptitude (12V/120V systems). Experience driving a truck and trailer.
