Salary Range: $35,000.00 to $40,000.00/per year + bonus
Type of Role: Full-time, permanent (35 hours per week)

About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Coordinator to support our warehouse operations and inventory management. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accurate handling, storage, and distribution of solar equipment.
The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming solar products and materials
Prepare solar panels and related equipment for shipment or customer pick-up Perform sorting, packing, and shipping of inventory Assist with loading, unloading, and general handling of goods Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory counts Update inventory and logistics information within internal systems Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and fulfill orders (non-sales role) Support distribution and order processing activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Qualifications & Requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a careful, methodical manner
Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management is an asset Comfortable with manual work, including moving and handling solar materials Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems Forklift experience is an asset; training can be provided Strong teamwork and communication skills Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
