Job Summary The Business Systems Analyst will assist in analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and conducting data analysis to support decision-making. Responsibilities include creating project documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing test plans and identifying opportunities for automation and AI integration.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, particularly in automation and AI integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and thoroughly document business requirements.
- Develop process definition documents that clearly articulate workflows and system interactions.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and automation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including but not limited to business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of test plans to maintain high quality and accuracy in deliverables.
- Provide support in the preparation of management reports and presentations that effectively communicate insights and project outcomes.
- Document and maintain an inventory of automation-related challenges and opportunities, collaborating with internal teams and third parties to determine optimal solutions.
- Liaise with external vendors for support and enhancements of systems and processes.
- Serve as an automation subject matter expert, focusing on AI automation capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a business analysis capacity, showcasing a solid understanding of business analysis methodologies
- Strong skills in O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), along with experience using data analysis tools such as SQL and Tableau.
- Familiarity with project management principles, enhancing your ability to contribute to project success
- Experience with Power Apps, especially Power Automate is preferred
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
- Experience with orchestration platforms. - Knowledge of Agentic AI technologies (e.g., Co-pilot, Chat-GPT, Anthropic) is preferred.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
