The Sales Support Representative will play a vital role in providing support to our sales team. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

This role will be responsible for managing administrative tasks for the sales team, coordinating deliveries, entering sales information into our database and providing other general assistance to the sales team.

This role will be required to work Monday – Friday in our Martensville, Saskatchewan location.

The Sales Support Representatives duties will include:

  • Answer all incoming calls from customers and direct them as needed, ensuring prompt and professional customer service.
  • Manage accounts receivables and payables, including invoicing customers, processing payments, and resolving invoice inquiries.
  • Prepare and process all purchase orders as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of payables and monitor payment due dates for customers.
  • Assist with sales order processing using Alpine and Bistrack software.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for jobs, customers, and suppliers.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Other assigned duties as required.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with accounting software, such as Bistrack is considered an asset.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Prior experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus.
