Production Sanitation Technician ($30.60/HR CAD, Continental Schedule)

Job Description Summary: The Production Sanitation Technician plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary production environment within our Fairlife manufacturing facility in Peterborough, Ontario. This position is responsible for routine cleaning and sanitizing of facility areas including floors, walls, doors, drains, and common workspaces to support safe and efficient plant operations. The role also supports daily operations through waste removal, supply restocking, and maintaining sanitation standards throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to respond quickly to changing operational needs while adhering to company safety, sanitation, and GMP standards. Team members may be required to work a rotating continental schedule. Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize production area floors, walls, doors, drains, and surrounding workspaces Remove garbage and recycling from production and common areas Restock cleaning and sanitation supplies as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility Follow company sanitation, safety, and GMP procedures Respond quickly to sanitation needs in different areas of the plant Support a safe and inspection-ready work environment Report maintenance, safety, or sanitation concerns to leadership Education Requirements: High School diploma or GED equivalent required Functional Skills: Ability to bend, lift and/or twist Ability to work on multiple levels, such as catwalks, ladders, etc. and ability to work in extreme temperatures Manual and finger dexterity Standing and walking for continuous periods, including 8-hour, 10-hour or 12-hour shifts or required necessary hours Ability to work 8-hour, 10-hour or 12-hour shifts or required necessary hours to meet the business requirements Perform all tasks in a safe manner while ensuring achievement of Quality, Service and Cost objectives Ability to work in a team environment Coca-Cola Limited is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
