The Port Moody Community Services Department is seeking personable, experienced and dynamic Recreation Instructors to lead gymnastics classes for preschool and children. This position is responsible for planning and leading a variety of gymnastics programs in a recreational setting and provides a safe and secure environment for children.
Candidates must be available to work Mondays (day/evening), Thursdays (day/evening) and Saturdays (all day). Hours of work may change seasonally.
Basic Qualifications:
- Related experience working with preschoolers and children
- Experience coordinating and leading a gymnastics program
- Level one gymnastic certification through Gymnastics BC
- CPR and a Level 1 First Aid
- High Five certification is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
