About the role

The Sales Representative is accountable for delivering a high-quality customer experience while supporting the execution of residential sales programs. This role engages directly with prospective purchasers and realtors, conducts in-building tours, and supports the sales process from initial inquiry through contract execution while representing the Marcon brand.

About The Role Key responsibilities:

  • Prospective purchasers receive a welcoming and professional introduction to the development
  • In-building tours effectively communicate the value and lifestyle of the homes and community
  • Qualified prospects progress efficiently through the sales process
  • Realtor relationships contribute to project awareness and sales momentum
  • CRM records and purchaser documentation are accurate and up to date
  • Sales and traffic reporting to provide reliable insight into program performance

Core Accountabilities

  • Purchaser Engagement & Relationship Building – Accountable for developing authentic relationships with prospective purchasers, realtors, and the surrounding community while representing the Marcon brand.
  • In-Building Sales Tours – Accountable for delivering engaging tours of finished residences in a completed building in Port Moody, highlighting features, livability, and product differentiation.
  • Sales Process Execution – Accountable for guiding prospects through the purchasing journey, including responding to inquiries, explaining documentation, and supporting contract execution.
  • Realtor & Industry Engagement – Accountable for maintaining communication with the realtor community and sharing project updates to generate interest and referrals.
  • CRM & Data Management – Accountable for maintaining accurate purchaser records, updating registrant activity, and managing contract-related tasks through CRM platforms such as Avesdo.
  • Market Awareness & Buyer Insight – Accountable for staying informed on neighbourhood trends, competitor offerings, and buyer preferences to support effective conversations with prospects.
  • Sales Reporting & Coordination – Accountable for preparing daily sales and traffic reports and coordinating with marketing and internal teams to track program performance.

Capabilities & Professional Expectations

  • Customer Experience Orientation – Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of prospective purchasers.
  • Sales & Communication Skills – Communicates product value clearly and confidently while guiding buyers through the sales process.
  • Professional Discipline – Maintains accurate documentation and CRM records while managing multiple inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork – Works effectively with marketing, sales leadership, and project teams to support program success.
  • Digital Literacy – Demonstrates comfort with CRM systems, digital documentation tools, and Microsoft Office platforms.

About You

  • 3–5 years of residential project sales or related real estate experience
  • Ability to work weekends and outside typical office hours when required
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization and time-management capabilities
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Real Estate License an asset
  • Mandarin language considered an asset
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Avesdo or Lasso considered an asset

The compensation for this role is $65,000annually + commission, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
