Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:

Analyze business and functional needs related to application development, evolution or maintenance requests. Design, develop, modify, and maintain applications using .NET technologies. Produce or update the required functional and technical documentation. Perform unit and functional testing to ensure the quality of deliverables. Participate in supporting the production launch of the solutions developed. Collaborate, as required, on certain functional architecture or preliminary analysis work. Implement, tweak, or maintain development pipelines in Azure DevOps. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and delivery practices. Act, as required, as a team leader or delivery manager.

The profile we are looking for is as follows

Have a background in computer science or a relevant discipline: AEC, DEC, university certificate or undergraduate degree. Have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in information technology, including a minimum of seven (7) years as a .NET analyst-programmer. Experience in developing, evolving and maintaining .NET systems, ideally in environments comparable to the public or parapublic sector. Master backend development with .NET, C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and REST web APIs. Have a good knowledge of relational databases, including Oracle/PLSQL and PostgreSQL. Be comfortable with modern development, automated testing, source code management, and delivery tools, including Visual Studio, VS Code, Azure DevOps/Git, GitHub, SVN, NUnit, MSTest, or Cucumber/Gherkin. Have experience in frontend development with Angular 14+, RxJS and Bootstrap. Be familiar with object-oriented development, component-based development, UML modeling, and XML integration practices. Have a good knowledge of secure authentication mechanisms, including OAuth and OpenID Connect. Have an excellent command of French, both oral and written. Possess good leadership, collaboration and communication skills.
