As a Member Services Coordinator, you’ll be the first and last touchpoint for our members’ healthcare journey. This isn’t a receptionist job — it’s an opportunity to directly shape people’s lives while mastering advanced business systems, leadership, and communication.

Hours & Availability
This part-time position is 20–25 hours/week.
Clinic hours:
Sun: 9:15 AM–6:00 PM
Mon: 1:00 PM–8:30 PM
Tue: 9:00 AM–6:30 PM
Wed: 9:00 AM–8:30 PM
Thu: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Fri: 9:00 AM–3:30 PM

Growth & Compensation
Starting Wage: $18/hr with clear growth potential & potential opportunity for full-time work
