Job Description
As a Technical Business Analyst/Quality Assurance (BA/QA) in the Lending team, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyzing and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Conducting testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Supporting project management activities and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in lending.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools.
Additional Information
- This position is available in Toronto, Ontario, and Bedford, Nova Scotia.
