Descriptif mission

Preparation of monthly tax entries, installments, and reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of tax provisions and forecasts. Coordination and support of annual corporate tax filings, including transfer pricing documentation, NR4s and true-up entries. Assist with the annual reviews and respond to government or regulatory body audits as required. Coordination, maintenance, testing, and communication in support of the annual internal control campaign. Support expense report process including monthly compliance reviews and recharges. Preparation of various monthly reconciliation reports and daily/monthly sales reporting requirements. Entering and maintaining financial information into SAP, including various journal entries and accruals. Support other special projects and responsibilities as required by the Finance Department.

University degree in Business or Commerce; or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years of related experience in financial accounting, Taxation, Internal Audit, reporting, costing, budgeting and analysis is required. Ability to interpret and apply accounting principles. Working knowledge of SAP and Excel. Taxation and audit experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset. Knowledge of Internal Controls is an asset. Strong analytical skills. Proven Team Player with excellent oral and written communication skills. Works well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines. Well-developed analytical and research skills, together with attention to detail.
