Director of Admissions, Alpha (Remote) - $100,000/year USD
About the role
Remote W2 in the US or Contractor in Canada $100K/yr
This isn't about selling a school. It's about building trust with families navigating one of the most consequential choices they'll ever make.
Alpha students complete their core academics in two hours daily using AI-powered platforms, then spend the balance of their time developing essential real-world capabilities: entrepreneurship, public speaking, resilience. We are set to open 25 new campuses by the close of 2025, and each one begins with a single interaction: the admissions conversation. You will lead that conversation.
This role delivers a premium, white-glove experience designed for HNW/UHNW families — not a transactional funnel or scripted outreach. You will shepherd the entire admissions process for your families from initial contact through handoff, providing concierge-level attention at each touchpoint. You'll screen inquiries, support families through their decision process, and deploy AI tools to eliminate administrative friction so you can concentrate on relationships, conversion, and credibility.
You will turn doubtful parents into passionate advocates and become the person families thank when their children flourish. If you want a position where premium service intersects with fast-paced execution, and where AI is embedded into daily practice rather than marketing language, submit your application.
What You Will Be Doing
Overseeing the complete admissions experience for your assigned families with professionalism, empathy, and precision. Screening inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW families through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven insights. Serving as the sole point of contact for parent communications, appointment coordination, and follow-through — ensuring a white-glove standard irrespective of enrollment outcome. Using AI tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to sequence priorities, automate outreach, and minimize repetitive tasks.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Following scripts or inflexible processes — this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity. Navigating bureaucracy — you will not be constrained by interdepartmental permissions or dependent on others for forward movement. Coordinating campus visits, open houses, or recruitment events — your influence is exercised through direct engagement, not event management.
Director Of Admissions Key Responsibilities
Execute a white-glove, high-conversion admissions process that cultivates family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.
Basic Requirements
3+ years in a client-facing capacity with quantifiable conversion results (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting). Documented success managing high-stakes or emotionally nuanced discussions with professionalism and empathy. CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and experience guiding multi-phase processes from inquiry to enrollment. Established ease with AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization. Confirmed capability to handle details impeccably — including record-keeping, timely follow-up, CRM accuracy, and intuitive judgment about confidential information. Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship. Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
Nice-to-have Requirements
Experience in luxury retail, private banking, wealth management, or donor relations — sectors where discretion and refinement are fundamental. Pre-existing connections or presence within affluent family networks. Knowledge of Alpha's educational approach or background in K-12 private education or EdTech.

𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆: Crossover jobs are are fully compliant with LinkedIn's policies, as well as the applicable laws in every country where we advertise.
Allow us to clarify some common misconceptions:
1) The reason we post so many job ads is because LinkedIn organizes all job postings by location. So, the only way to reach candidates all over the world is to post multiple ads in every city you want to hire from. Most recruiters don't bother because it's too time consuming... but we're not most recruiters.
2) We mostly recruit independent contractors, not employees, because labor laws vary so much from one country to another that it's near-impossible to recruit globally otherwise (which is why it's still uncommon even though most jobs can now be done remotely).
3) As is standard for any self-employed person, the stated pay is the entire compensation package. Because they are not employees, each contractor is responsible for handling the things that an employer would take care of e.g. taxes, equipment, vacation time, health insurance. One of the major reasons that Crossover jobs pay so much more than local jobs is to overcompensate for these costs.
It's hard, but it's worth it!
