Description sommaire du poste proposé
Afin de combler les besoins de ses clients dans le secteur des TIC, FOP CONSULTANTS est à la recherche de Pilotes de système motivés à la réalisation de mandats. Les principales missions seraient d’assurer l'exploitation, la stabilité et l'évolution des plateformes technologiques, soutenir la livraison continue selon les pratiques DevOps de Santé Québec et agir comme référent technique sur Dynamics et les chaînes DevOps.
Description spécifique des responsabilités
Sans s'y limiter, les principales responsabilités seraient de: Opérer et maintenir les plateformes applicatives, incluant Dynamics. Assurer la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité des environnements. Développer les pipelines CI/CD et les outils DevOps. Automatiser l'exploitation et les déploiements. Soutenir les mises en production et la stabilisation. Gérer les incidents et correctifs post-déploiement. Collaborer avec dev, infra, sécurité et architecture; Documenter les pratiques.
Description du profil recherché
Diplôme universitaire en informatique, gestion ou toutes disciplines connexes.
Minimum dix (10) années d’expérience en technologie de l’information
Minimum cinq (05) années d’expérience comme pilote de système. Expérience avec l’un des cadre suivants : Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus.
Expérience avec l’un des outils suivants : Azure DevOps
Détenir l'une des certifications agiles suivantes: PSM I, CSM, A-CSM, PSM II, PSPO, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFE Agilist 6, ICE-AC, etc. Détenir l’une des certifications suivantes : Super utilisateur DevOps, Dynamic, M365.
Détenir l’une des certifications suivantes (atout) : PMP, PMI-ACP
Expérience en réalisation de mandat stratégique (un atout). Expérience dans le secteur de la santé (un atout). Expérience dans les organismes d’envergure publics ou privés du Canada.
Langue : Français et Anglais

Position summary
To meet client needs in the ICT sector, FOP CONSULTANTS is seeking motivated System Leads to undertake mandates. The main missions are to ensure operation, stability, and evolution of technology platforms, support continuous delivery per Health Québec DevOps practices, and act as a technical reference for Dynamics and the DevOps chains.
Specific responsibilities
Operate and maintain application platforms, including Dynamics. Ensure availability, performance, and security of environments. Develop CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. Automate operations and deployments. Support production releases and stabilization. Manage incidents and post-deployment fixes. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams. Document practices.
Candidate profile
University degree in Computer Science, Management, or related disciplines. Minimum ten (10) years of information technology experience. Minimum five (5) years of experience as a System Lead. Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus. Experience with one of the following tools: Azure DevOps. Hold one of the Agile certifications: PSM I, CSM, A-CSM, PSM II, PSPO, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFE Agilist 6, ICE-AC, etc. Hold one of the following certifications: Super User DevOps, Dynamic, M365. Holding one of the following (a plus) certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP. Experience delivering strategic mandates (an asset). Experience in the health sector (an asset). Experience in large Canadian public or private organizations. Language: French and English. Start date: as soon as possible.
