About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist to help organizations improve productivity through AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation. In this remote contract role, you will design enterprise AI solutions, optimize business processes, and contribute domain expertise to support the development of next-generation AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize AI-powered enterprise workflows. Build workflow automations using leading AI platforms and enterprise tools. Develop cross-platform AI solutions and system integrations. Support AI adoption, enablement, and change management initiatives. Improve business processes through data-driven analysis and automation. Create executive-ready documentation, reports, and implementation guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in enterprise productivity, workflow automation, or digital transformation. Strong expertise in AI workflow design, business process optimization, and enterprise automation. Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or similar tools. Knowledge of enterprise collaboration, knowledge management, and system integrations. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience driving AI adoption and organizational change initiatives.
