About the Role:

As a Change Management Advisor, you will leverage your technical knowledge and change management expertise to guide GDS employees through the transition to new enterprise tools and functionalities. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining the safe and reliable operation of our core business. You will work closely with the USUI team and key stakeholders within GDS to implement key solutions with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide change management support for GDS Key Initiatives and USUI, focusing on ERP and Business Apps implementation with utility integration.
  • Utilize your technical knowledge to understand and communicate detailed change impacts to stakeholders and their leaders.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, toolkits, and training content.
  • Assist in creating communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, and resistance management strategies to enhance user adoption of new systems.
  • Collaborate with the USUI team and stakeholders to assess change impacts, identify risks, and develop resistance management plans.
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation and resistance management tactics.
  • Track feedback from stakeholders and employees to inform change management plans and training needs.
  • Engage in the development and delivery of training to support the adoption of new platforms and processes.

Qualifications:

  • A university degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience or an equivalent mix of education and demonstrated results in Operations, Construction, Asset Management, Work Management, or Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of the organization’s frontline operations and supporting work processes.
  • Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and active listening communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate messages clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and SharePoint.
