Job Description & Summary As a Business and Copy Centre Clerk, you’ll work as part of the Office Service team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

k you’ll

work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    

  • Providing enhanced customer care by responding to issues, concerns, and providing information to internal and external clients.

  • Regularly checking the Business Centre database for client requests.

  • Monitoring and forwarding incoming faxes via the PwC fax Services email inbox.

  • Issuing and

    maintaining

    inventory of daily security visitor passes and sending delinquent user lists to the Facility team.

  • Emailing scanned mail and registered mail confirmation receipts to clients as needed.

  • Notifying clients of rush inbound urgent packages and envelopes.

  • Providing backup support to the Copy Centre and receiving/delivering large cartons to internal clients.

  • Preparing and processing registered mail and express post mail using the Canada Post “Send Pro” online system.

  • Sorting and distributing daily inbound/outbound interoffice mail, including “Staples” orders, and

    maintaining

    standard supplies in convenience centers.

  • Completing monthly Health & Safety floor checks and providing support for reception coverage, coordination of Premier Office tasks, and other administrative duties.

  • Relevant experience in an office position

  • High degree of computer

    proficiency

    in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet search tools. Utilize Lotus Notes, G Suite, and other job-related databases

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (including strong spelling, drafting, editing, proofreading,

    punctuation

    and grammar skills)

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities

  • Exercises discretion when dealing with confidential data

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Detailed focused with the ability to complete tasks with limited supervision
