LTCA sponsors the 30-week Aircraft Gas Turbine Technician Program. Complete it and join us as an Engine Mechanic Trainee—kickstart your career and shape your future!
Tasks Once you successfully complete your studies, you will join LTCA as a trainee under a work contract and gain hands-on experience, including the following tasks:
- Assist in repairs of Aircraft Engines as directed, working under the close supervision of a Trainer
- Basic knowledge and quality of documentation according to existing qualification and authorization
- Gain knowledge of documentation and processes
- Compliance with LTCA work and safety guidelines
- Participate in trainings
- Maintain AM practical logbook / PLB
- Cleanliness and standards in the production area
- Support projects
- Take on special task as assigned or required

Requirements Step into the role of LTCA Apprenticeship Program in cooperation with SAIT , check the requirements below:
Education
- High School English: English Language Arts 30-1 or English Language Arts 30-2, Minimum 50%
- High School Math: Math 30-1 or Math 30-2 or Pure Math 30 or Applied Math 30, Minimum 50%
- High School Requirements: One grade 12 science course, minimum 50%
- English Language Proficiency (ELP): Must demonstrate English language proficiency prior to admission, including students educated in Canada
Personal/ Professional
- Team player and willing to take over responsibility
- German and French language desirable
- Willingness to travel

- CV/Resume, letter of motivation, report cards and transcripts required
- Company will not provide relocation assistance
